Hi.  My name is Mark Adam Bazeghi.  I have devoted the last 25 years to working with thousands of Oregonians to secure the best possible mortgage financing for their needs and their dreams.

After graduating with a BS in Applied Mathematics at the University of California, Berkeley, I began my professional career in the field of computer technology.  I followed this with several years of exporting furniture and automobiles internationally before finally focusing on my true interest, real estate.  From 1975 to 1982, I was the CEO of a real estate development and construction company, working from property acquisition through project planning, development, construction, financing and marketing.

In 1983 I convinced my wife, who was practicing law at the time, to join with me to start one of the first mortgage brokerage companies in Oregon.  At that time, Oregonians had little choice but to go to their bank for mortgage loans.  They were only offered one or two loan programs and if they did not fit into the exact mold of those programs they were denied with no place else to look.  We formed DeMark Financial Services to bring lending options to Oregon.  We contracted wholesale lenders all over the country, convincing them that Oregon was a great place to do business.  Over the next few years, we entered into agreements with hundreds of banks and specialty mortgage lenders, allowing us to sell their loan products.    This brought literally thousands of loan product and options to Oregon homebuyers.  This not only increased your lending opportunities, it brought intense competition to the market, which is one of the reasons loan rates have stayed low for so long.
